Giving Back to the Los Angeles Community
An adamant believer in giving back, Blake has been heavily focused on contributing to the local community for the last 30 years. It was engrained as a youth in obtaining his Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
Since then his interest and participation in philanthropy has grown tremendously. He has become a significant financial benefactor in the areas he cares most about which include:
Big Brothers/Big Sisters – Blake currently serves on its Board of Directors
MOCA – Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles – Blake currently serves of its Acquisition and Collections Committee
MD Anderson Houston – Cancer Research
YPO Los Angeles – Blake is incoming chairman of YPO LA for the upcoming 2020 calendar year.

In an effort to do more, Blake Johnson has created a unique scholarship program to encourage young and upcoming entrepreneurs to pursue their aspirations of building their own sustainable businesses.
Awards will be available for qualified applicants attending a wide range of local Los Angeles public and private institutions.
